Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for analysis.
• Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that provide valuable business information.
• Interpret data and present findings through reports, visualizations, and presentations to various stakeholders, including management and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data analysis strategies that support organizational goals.
• Create and maintain data dashboards and interactive reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and address critical challenges.
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Preferred Skills::

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling is a plus.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data mining techniques is an advantage.
• Familiarity with industry-specific data and metrics relevant to the organization's field is beneficial.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
• Solid understanding of data visualization techniques and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or others.
• Strong knowledge of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and handle complex datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision to ensure data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently on data analysis projects.
