We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate UX Researcher to join our team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a vital role in understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform the design and development of exceptional user experiences. You will employ a variety of research methodologies and techniques to generate actionable insights that drive user-centric decision-making across our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to identify research objectives and requirements.
  • Plan and conduct user research studies, such as usability tests, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic research, to gain deep insights into user needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Employ both qualitative and quantitative research methods to collect and analyze data, including conducting data synthesis and generating meaningful insights.
  • Develop and maintain research protocols, study materials, and interview scripts, ensuring research activities align with established research goals and ethical guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing design decisions and promoting user-centered product development.
  • Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate research insights into actionable design recommendations and solutions.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and industry research to identify emerging trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and promote a deep understanding of user needs throughout the organization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research methodologies, tools, and industry trends, and actively share knowledge and insights with the team.

Activities:

  • Writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code using React.js and related libraries.
  • Collaborating with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to integrate front-end components seamlessly.
  • Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies to coordinate work with the team.
  • Researching and evaluating new tools and frameworks to improve the development process and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, User Experience, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • years of professional experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative techniques.
  • Experience planning and conducting usability studies, interviews, surveys, and other user research activities.
  • Proficiency in research tools and software for data collection, analysis, and visualization.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and tools for interpreting research data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present research findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C user research.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Proficiency in user interface (UI) prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Experience with remote user research methods and tools.
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies and their integration with user research activities.
  • Certification or advanced training in user experience research or related fields.
