As a BI Consultant, you will be a key member of our data-driven team, responsible for providing expert insights, data analysis, and business intelligence solutions to our clients. Your role will involve understanding business needs, transforming data into meaningful information, and delivering actionable recommendations. As a BI Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and helping our clients achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define business intelligence needs and objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making and improve business performance.
• Utilize various BI tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) to build interactive and dynamic reports that enable self-service analytics for end-users.
• Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across different data sources.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver BI projects, provide training, and support end-users in effectively utilizing BI tools and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in BI and data analytics to recommend and implement best practices for improving data visualization and analysis capabilities.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability in BI solutions.
• Participate in data governance initiatives to establish data standards, data security protocols, and data management best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and present findings to various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a BI Consultant, Data Analyst, or in a related role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in implementing BI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying to extract and manipulate data from various databases.

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and experience working with large datasets.
